Accommodation Rates and Terms

 

The T's & C's for our Jeffreys Bay Accommodation

 

General

  • Arrivals not earlier than 14h00.

  • Departure no later than 10h00.

  • All rates include 15% VAT.

  • All communications directed to At The Beach Jeffreys Bay must be confirmed by email

 

Cancellation Policy

  • Reservations cancelled more than 60 days prior to arrival, will not be subject to a cancellation fee.

  • If cancelled between 60-30 days in advance, a 50 percent cancellation fee, will be charged.

  • Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to arrival, will be subjected to a full cancellation fee.

 

Should management re-let the accommodation your deposit will be refunded on a pro-rata basis.

Peak Jeffreys Bay Tourist Season

  • 1 December to 15 January, Easter Holiday Season & July WSL international surfing competition.

Bookings

Payments:

  • A 50% deposit is required to confirm reservation

  • Full payment required 7 days prior to arrival

  • All remittances are payable in South African Rands.
